The teller who assisted you with setting up your account assigned you a temporary password so that nobody would ever come into contact with what would eventually become your actual password. This provides comfort and security to those who like to use the same password for more than one site.

Luckily, changing your  temporary password is easy!

Just login to your online banking account, go to the Manage Account drop down menu, and then select Change Password.

You will be asked for your current (temporary) password, and to then enter whatever it is you desire as your new password.

A teller can always reset and assign you a new temporary password in the event you forget it!
